Wavenet will look after the connection to your premises, after which you or your maintainer will be responsible for the equipment you connect to the lines. Wavenet will offer assistance with the diagnosis of faults, and where required will work with OpenReach to resolve faults in the telephone and broadband network. Should an engineer call-out be required to resolve these we will arrange this with OpenReach on your behalf.
