Email settings

Hosted email

Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomainname
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomainname - enable/check 'my server requires authentication' and 'use the same settings as my incoming mail server'

These settings apply to both POP3 and IMAP mail clients, both of which are supported. POP3 delivers all your incoming messages to you in their entirety and removes them from the mail server, whilst IMAP downloads only the first few kilobytes and header part of the message, thereafter via your client download only those messages you select. IMAP is therefore ideal for mobile users since bandwidth usage is very low.

To configure your new email mailbox accounts please log-in to Control Panel and click "Email Configuration", then "Mail Boxes".
